With 7 days to go I’m feeling a bit better than I was last week. I still haven’t figured out where I’m staying throughout the trip, but I have packed up my house and moved things into storage, I have practiced packed my Kelty pack, and I am now officially living out of it. I just practiced showering in my Jessie Sandals by Xero Shoes And yes, that was a necessary step in the process. I have also napped and I did drink that bottle of wine. So yes, I am feeling a bit more ready, but I do have plenty of things to accomplish in the next week!

No. No I am not. I am completely freaking out! I leave in 13 days and the only thing that I really have planned are my flights. I still need to figure out where I'm staying  throughout the trip and all the things I want to see. I need to write scripts for the travel show I'm hosting through Snowman Films, I need to pack up my house and move everything to storage, remove all the nails from the walls and spackle. I need to practice pack my new Women's Kelty Zyp 48 pack at least three times, I need to see all my friends before I go. But really all I wan to do is  drink a bottle of wine and take a nap. That's a lot to do!   So no, not fully excited about my trip yet, but talk to me next week and hopefully my opinions will have changed!
